PROCEDURE TECHNIQUE
Your SculpSure procedure will be completed in a private room at our facility. The procedure typically takes about 25 minutes start to finish, but this can vary depending on the location of the treatment area as well as the number of body areas being treated. Our experienced practitioners will place the treatment device slowly over the predetermined treatment area, placing emphasis on no more than four problem areas. At this time, the laser technology will heat up the fat cells without injuring or burning the skin. Because the treatment is nonsurgical and doesn’t require incisions, patients can expect to be without discomfort after SculpSure and will be able to return to normal activities right away, while strenuous exercise isn’t recommended for a period of two days.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Compared to standard liposuction surgery, incisions will NOT be utilized to complete the SculpSure laser lipolysis procedure. You can expect to see results in as little as six weeks post-procedure, while most patients report optimal results three months following their treatment. During this period of time, the body will break down the targeted fat cells and eliminate them from the body. While SculpSure has been found to minimize fat cells by more than 20% – 24% per treatment, repeated treatments allow for even greater permanent fat destruction.
